Andrew Smith gave the following update on his brother, Syko Stu aka Stuart Smith:
“Good Morning. Thank you for the outpouring of support. Stuart is conscious and does have some recollection of events from the day of the attack. Thank you everyone for reaching out, it’s been difficult to get back to everyone individually. We will be setting up something for anyone wishing to donate. I will update with a link when possible. He’s currently resting and says, ‘Thank you for the love and support.’”
Jonovan Smith wrote the following:
“Stuart Smith is a beloved friend and long time uncle of mines. I got the chance to speak with him VIA my father Fernando Marrero. His case was not as positive as I had hoped. I know and hope he will make a full recovery. Stu has been nothing but gracious and kind to me and my family. To see him like this pains my heart. I believe that Knox Pro is at fault for these events, to have allowed this to happen is beyond belief. Honestly im upset.”
Jonovan also shared the following photo of Syko in the hospital:

Skyo reportedly sustained multiple broken facial bones and lost several teeth.
WWE’s Reaction To The Raja Jackson Incident
The fallout from the violent attack involving Raja Jackson at a Knokx Pro wrestling event appears to have reached WWE. WWE’s official WWE ID Twitter account has unfollowed Knokx Pro, its owner Rikishi, and head trainer The Black Pearl. At the same time, Knokx Pro removed all references to its WWE ID affiliation from its own social media branding and header images.
While WWE has not issued a formal statement, these moves strongly suggest the company is creating distance from the California-based promotion. Knokx Pro had previously promoted its WWE ID affiliation as a badge of credibility, but those ties now seem to have been severed.
The timing aligns with heightened scrutiny after the Raja Jackson incident, where Quinton “Rampage” Jackson’s son brutally attacked wrestler Syko Stu during a live show. The incident sparked a police investigation and widespread criticism of the academy’s handling of the situation.
With both sides scrubbing public connections, it appears WWE has ended its relationship with Knokx Pro – a significant shift for a school that had long touted its ties to the wrestling giant.
Rob Van Dam Supports What Raja Jackson Did
Former WWE Champion Rob Van Dam tweeted the following about the Raja Jackson – Syko Stu incident:
“So far, I got Raja’s back. Looking forward to talking about it on my podcast.”
RVD also retweeted the following tweet from a fan:
“What people don’t understand is that the pro wrestler smashed a beer can on Raja’s head without even consulting him before hand. Raja didn’t even do anything until he found a loophole he could take advantage of, which was the promoter’s permission to get his receipt.”

KnokX Pro labeled the attack “reprehensible”, calling it an unprecedented act of violence in their 17-year history:
“First and foremost our thoughts and prayers are with our brother Mr. Stuart Smith (Syko Stu) as he remains a priority and we are monitoring his well being.
What was supposed to be a planned and agreed upon wrestling spot, turned into a selfish, irresponsible act of violence against Mr. Smith. This egregious act is reprehensible and never should have occurred.
In the 17 years of operation of KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anything as heinous take place such as this and we apologize to our patrons and fans.”
Meanwhile, Rampage Jackson addressed the situation on social media, expressing deep concern for both parties. He revealed Raja had recently suffered a concussion and shouldn’t have taken part physically. “As a father, I am deeply concerned with his health and the well-being of Mr. Smith,” he wrote.
