WWE Superstar AJ Styles recently appeared on 97.9/105.5 KISS FM’s KISS KREW. Styles was asked if he received any backstage heat for knocking out Miz’s tooth on an episode of SmackDown. Below is what Styles said:
“You would have thought that, but I think I got applauded, actually, for knocking out The Miz’s tooth. Let me tell you something, Miz is one of the toughest cats I’ve ever been in the ring with. He may not come across that way, but he is. He’s one tough dude and you’ve got to respect a guy for hanging in there after getting his tooth knocked out.”
7. Big Addition Coming To New Day vs. League of Nations At WrestleMania 32?
As we reported before, WWE is no longer billing the match between The New Day & The League of Nations for the WWE Tag Team Titles, but they’re now billing it as “Battle for Supremacy”. Below is what WWE.com wrote:
The time for joking has ended. At WrestleMania, WWE’s dominant faction will be revealed when WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day take on The League of Nations in a grave battle for supremacy.
Since it’s a match to find out the most dominant faction in WWE today, The Wyatt Family might get added to this match, since they haven’t been booked in any match at WrestleMania 32 till now.
