• The Undertaker Reveals If He Would Consider Wrestling One More Match

During a recent appearance on an episode of the ‘Hawk vs Wolf’ podcast, WWF Legend The Undertaker addressed the possibility of a potential in-ring return for ‘one more match’, given the circumstances that WWE is running out of big names, after a lot of them retired from active in-ring competition within the past few years, including Triple H, Kurt Angle, Batista, … and of course The Deadman himself.

Here’s what the 2022 WWE Hall of Famer said:

“If I was physically able to do it, I would be out there right now.

There is a huge amount of our fanbase that will grade you on a curve. They understand that you’re getting long in the tooth, you have a lot of miles on you, but they just want you out there.

Then there is one part of that fanbase, ‘Ah man, he’s old, he shouldn’t be out there, he shouldn’t be doing this’.

Without any hesitation at all, if I felt like I could go and deliver, and deliver a performance that people expect when they see my name on the card, I would do it, but I know I can’t.”

Mark Calaway wrestled from his debut match (for WCCW) on June 26th 1987 until he officially retired at the WWE Survivor Series PPV on November 22nd 2020.

While The Undertaker (1990-now) is obviously his by far most famous character, he also wrestled as Texas Red (WCCW), The Punisher (WCCW), The Master of Pain (CWA Memphis Wrestling), ‘Mean’ Mark Callous (WCW), and Kane the Undertaker (WWF).
