AEW WrestleDream last Saturday featured a brutal “I Quit” match between Jon Moxley and Darby Allin. The bout included highly risky spots, highlighted by a dangerous aquarium drowning segment, which drew criticism from former WWE and AEW coach Sarah Stock. She took to X to condemn the violence and expressed concern about children attempting to imitate the stunts.
A fan suggested kids should watch WWE instead, prompting Stock to quote-tweet a video of Amanda Huber discussing children enjoying AEW. This led to a private exchange between Stock and Huber that quickly escalated into a public feud, with Huber accusing Stock of hypocrisy for criticizing All Elite Wrestling while having a controversial past in TNA.
The back-and-forth continued with Huber talking her parenting choices and defending her experience in wrestling, while Stock insisted Huber was ignorant about how the industry works. Huber pointed out that her own children were not watching the violent match and criticized Stock for misusing her video to justify her argument.
The argument has since continued. Stock replied to another fan calling her out:
“Yes. Anytime I see attempted murder in wrestling without a disclaimer, regardless of the company, my opinion remains the same: it’s dumb.”
Another fan responded:
“Call me a killjoy, but I think that because this is not to my taste, no one else should be able to enjoy it.”
This led to Stock quoting former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon’s ideology:
“You all got worked. Your behavior is predictable. Each insulting, uneducated, ignorant reply spread the message that Attempted Murder in Wrestling is Dumb. And you all thought ‘psychology’ was about putting moves together.
# 1 rule of communication: know your audience. – VKM”
A fan then accused her of being frustrated about the fact that AEW let her go.
“You’re quoting a r*pist now? Because you got caught being a jealous ex and tried to pivot what you were actually saying. All credibility lost to everyone but the most braindead of anti-AEW grifters.”
Stock then defended McMahon and wrote:
“Ex of whom? Vince never r*ped ME. He was cool af to me.”
