6. Finn Balor Scheduled To Return Before WrestleMania 33

Former NXT Champion and the first ever WWE Universal Champion, Finn Balor, is expected to return to WWE in late February/early March.

Balor was evaluated by doctors last week, but he wasn’t cleared to return to in-ring action. There was speculation that Balor might return as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble match, but that didn’t happen due to him not being cleared.

With Balor possibly returning one month before WrestleMania 33, no word is available as of now if he’ll be wrestling in a match at the big event or not. However, one thing is clear that WWE officials are going to use him in some way at WrestleMania 33.

Balor has been out of action since capturing the WWE Universal Title at SummerSlam 2016. Below is the list of injuries he suffered in that match:

– 180 Degree Labrum Tear

– Torn Bicep

– Torn Pectoral tendon

– Cartilage damage

– Fracture to the glenoid neck socket
