• WWE Reunion Discussed After Andrade’s Title Win Plan Got Canceled

Prior to Andrade’s release from WWE, Rey Fenix was reportedly set to team up with him to take on The Wyatt Sicks for the WWE Tag Team Championship at Clash In Paris. However, the plans were dropped after Andrade violated the company’s Wellness Policy.

Bodyslam+ is reporting that Andrade and Rey Fenix were slated to win the titles at some point, but plans changed due to Andrade’s situation. Plans for Fenix are being reshuffled now.

WWE has discussed the idea of Fenix reuniting with his brother Penta to form The Lucha Bros, but nothing is confirmed or imminent as of right now.

Penta is currently feuding with The New Day on RAW, while Fenix recently challenged Sami Zayn for the United States Championship on SmackDown. The two brothers started on different brands in WWE, but their reunion is bound to happen at some point.

On last night’s RAW, Penta defeated Kofi Kingston. Later in the show, he was attacked backstage with a steel chair by Xavier Woods.

• Massive Name Could Attend John Cena’s Final Match

There are only 6 dates left in the John Cena Retirement Tour. The 17-time World Champion’s last appearance was on last night’s RAW in Springfield. His next appearance will be a match against Brock Lesnar at Wrestlepalooza in Indianapolis on September 20th this Saturday.

Cena’s final match will take place at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13th at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C.

According to the Wrestling Observer, U.S. President Donald Trump could be in attendance for the legend’s final match. It will be difficult but “not impossible”, as per the report.

On the same day, the President is scheduled to attend the Army vs. Navy football game at 3 PM EST in Baltimore, which is not far from the capital.

Trump, who is a WWE Hall of Famer, appeared in the company in the past and feuded with Vince McMahon. He recently invited Triple H to the White House to announce the revival of the Presidential Fitness Test in public schools.

• Roman Reigns Spotted In Australia With Movie Director (Photo)

Roman Reigns has been out of action since defeating Bronson Reed in an extremely physical match at Clash In Paris. He is currently on the sidelines as he was brutalized by Reed and Bron Breakker after the match and was stretchered out of the arena.

WWE announced on the RAW after Clash In Paris that The OTC suffered multiple fractured ribs due to the attack and would be out of action “indefinitely.” He had been on the receiving end of two Spears from Breakker and three Tsunamis from Reed.

The angle was done to write him off TV as he is currently busy filming for the upcoming Street Fighter movie in Australia.

Below is the latest photo of the former WWE Champion with the film’s director, Kitao Sakurai:

• Hulk Hogan Left Out of Emmys Tribute, Linda Hogan Calls Snub Political

The Emmy Awards’ annual “In Memoriam” segment drew criticism on Sunday night for excluding some major names – including Hulk Hogan.

While the Academy later clarified that Hogan and others such as horror star Tony Todd and Sopranos actor Jerry Adler appear in the extended online version of the tribute, their names were only shown in a simple scrolling list rather than in the produced broadcast segment. To many, that distinction felt dismissive.

Linda Hogan, Hulk’s ex-wife, isn’t convinced the omission was an accident. Speaking to TMZ, she suggested the move may have been politically motivated, pointing to Hogan’s embrace of conservative politics in recent years, including his appearance at the Republican National Convention in support of Donald Trump. She noted that despite those affiliations, Hogan had supported politicians from both parties throughout his life.

Linda stressed that Hogan’s contribution to television cannot be understated. For decades, he was one of the most recognizable personalities on TV, consistently drawing huge audiences on both network specials and pay-per-view events. She argued that Hogan wasn’t just a wrestling figure – his mainstream visibility introduced professional wrestling to countless new fans who might otherwise have never tuned in.

She also talked about Hogan’s historic role with NBC, which launched Saturday Night’s Main Event in 1985. That show marked the first time wrestling had returned to prime-time network television in decades, and Hogan’s star power was central to its success. For Linda, that legacy alone should have guaranteed him a place in the televised Emmys tribute.

Instead, Hogan’s remembrance was relegated to an online scroll – leaving many, especially those close to him, questioning whether politics played a role in keeping one of television’s most iconic names out of the spotlight one last time.
