Former Universal Champion Braun Strowman was a dominant force on Friday Night SmackDown in 2023. However, his journey hit a roadblock when he was sidelined due to a neck injury, which required surgery to address.

In June of last year, Strowman underwent fusion neck surgery to mend his longstanding injuries. Despite the setback, he embarked on a determined mission to rehabilitate himself and return to the ring stronger than ever. Throughout his recovery journey, he has remained active, engaging in various activities to maintain his physical well-being.

In February, the wrestling world received a positive update from Strowman himself. The powerhouse wrestler took to social media to share news of his progress, revealing that he has been given the green light to resume weight training. This development signifies a significant step forward in his rehabilitation process.

He shared a screenshot about his neck procedure by Andrews Sports Medicine on Twitter, Strowman expressed his excitement about nearing a return to action.

Accompanied by a caption that read, “Closer and closer. The Monster’s Coming Home!!!!” he conveyed his anticipation of stepping back into the squared circle and thrilling fans once again.

It looks like Strowman could return on tonight’s Draft edition of RAW, as PWInsider is reporting that Strowman is in Kansas City, the site of tonight’s show.
