– Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite kicked off with Adam Copeland (Edge) saying he wants his TNT Championship defence against Brody King to be No Disqualification match.
– Orange Cassidy def. Trent Beretta
After the match, they continue to fight. Kris Statlander & Don Callis came out and separated them.
– Kenny Omega was in the hospital after being attacked by The Elite last week. Omega’s important announcement was that he announced The Elite (Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada & Jack Perry) will face Team AEW (FTR & two other opponents) in Anarchy in the Arena at Double or Nothing. The 2 mystery opponents will be revealed in the main event segment.
– Serena Deeb talked about fighting for her life after suffering seizures. AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm interrupted and called her a charity case and tried to slap her, but Serena knocked her out.
– Mariah May def. Harley Cameron (with Saraya)
Mina Shirakawa saved Mariah from Saraya & Harley after the match.
– Pac was being interviewed backstage and Bullet Club Gold interrupted. Jay White said Death Triangle is dead and that Pac should be concerned about himself. Jay told Pac that he will add more gold to Bullet Club Gold, while he hangs in the dark hallways and can see what winning looks like.
– Swerve Strickland and Christian Cage had a face-off ahead of their AEW World Championship match. Swerve dared Christian to come in the ring with him, but he declined. The Mogul Embassy (Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) then turned heel on Swerve and slammed him through the announce table.

– The Learning Tree (FTW Champion Chris Jericho & Big Bill) def. Mo Jabari & Harlon Abbott
After the match, Tony Schiavone told Jericho that Hook will return on next week’s Dynamite.
– Adam Copeland (Edge) (c) def. Brody King in a No DQ match to retain the TNT Championship
Both men bled in this match. Brody attacked Adam after the match, which led to Kyle O’Reilly making the save.
Later in a backstage segment, Kyle asked Adam for a TNT Championship match this Saturday on Collision. Adam accepted.
– Mercedes Mone said she’s ready to make her in-ring return at Double Or Nothing. Mone said she is back with a vengeance and will become the TBS Women’s Champion.
– The Elite accepted the challenge to face Team AEW in an Anarchy in the Arena match at Double Or Nothing. FTR came out and revealed that their partners in this match will be Eddie Kingston and Bryan Danielson. A brawl broke out between these 8 men, which led to security and referees coming out to break it up.
