Hard to believe, but Steve Williams never wrestled an actual match at a WrestleMania event.
The best WrestleMania for him to appear would have been WrestleMania XV, with Williams competing in the infamous ‘Brawl For All’ tournament shortly before the PPV.
4. Bruiser Brody

Bruiser Brody never wrestled for the WWF again, after wrestling for them during the 70s when it was still the WWWF and Vince Sr. was still in charge, so he never appeared at a WrestleMania.
Brody was stabbed to death in 1988 during a Puerto Rico tour, but had he not been against wrestling for Vince Junior so much, who knows, we might have seen him during one of the early WrestleManias.
