• 10-Year Veteran Officially Announces WWE Departure

In May 2022, Naomi and Sasha Banks walked out of WWE before an episode of RAW due to creative differences with Vince McMahon over the Women’s Tag Team Championship.

Reports came out that Sasha negotiated her release from WWE and then made her debut in NJPW as Mercedes Mone in 2023, where she won the IWGP Women’s Championship.

However, no reports came out regarding Naomi’s status with WWE. The only report that came out was that she might be returning to WWE TV after Triple H took over from Vince McMahon.

Naomi has now confirmed that she’s no longer with WWE.

A fan asked her the following on Instagram:

“Girl… are you even still in WWE?”

Naomi replied:

“no frien.”

Naomi joined the WWE main roster in 2012 and below are her major accomplishments:

– 2x SmackDown Women’s Champion

– 1x WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion

– 2018 WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal winner
