2. Edge Makes An In-Ring Return With A Win
Randy Orton and Edge are going to square off in a Last Man Standing match at the Show Of Shows this weekend. Edge returned to in-ring competition at Royal Rumble in January this year, but his return in one-on-one matches will take place at WrestleMania 36.
The last time Edge competed in a singles match, it was against Alberto Del Rio at WrestleMania 27, where he defeated him to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. 9 years later, he’ll resume his career from the stage where he left it all.
The match is going to be a very physical one, with a lot of close calls. But in the end, it’s clear that The Rated-R Superstar will be the last man standing.
1. Drew McIntyre Wins The WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar and Drew McIntyre are set to have the match of their lives when they face each other in the main event of WrestleMania 36.
WWE has reportedly taped two outcomes for the match, one with Lesnar as the winner, and one with McIntyre as the winner.
They’re probably going to go with the latter, as McIntyre is now ready to carry the gold. How he has been built up since the Royal Rumble has been magnificent, but all of it will only be useful if he dethrones Lesnar at the Showcase Of Immortals.
Expect McIntyre to walk out with the WWE Championship.
