– RAW kicked off with Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn addressing the news that they will defend their Titles against Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa at Night Of Champions.
The Judgment Day interrupted. Finn Balor said if Kevin & Sami manage to win, there will be a whole line of Superstars waiting for the next shot for the Tag Team Titles starting with them.
They attacked the champions. Sami then grabbed a Steel Chair and chased them out of the ring.
– Shinsuke Nakamura def. The Miz
– Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez vs. Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship is canceled due to Liv suffering an arm injury on last week’s SmackDown. It will now be Raquel vs. Chelsea in a one on one match tonight.
– Mustafa Ali won the #1 contender Battle Royal to earn an Intercontinental Championship match against Gunther at Night Of Champions.
JD McDonagh brutally assaulted Dolph Ziggler during this match.
– Becky Lynch addressed Trish Stratus backstabbing her and calling her daughter stupid. Becky announced that she will face Trish at Night Of Champions.

– Natalya confronted SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley backstage and said she shouldn’t have kept on attacking Dana Brooke last week even after defeating her.
– Gunther congratulated Mustafa Ali on earning an Intercontinental Championship match. The Ring General said Ali will travel halfway around the world to take the biggest beating of his life.
– Dominik Mysterio def. Xavier Woods
– Cathy Kelley interviewed JD McDonagh about his attack on Dolph Ziggler. JD said he wanted to send a message by taking out a former World Champion, that they shouldn’t mess with The Ace. Finn Balor was shown checking out this interview.

As we have reported before, there have been discussions of adding McDonagh to The Judgment Day, and this was teased tonight.
– Indus Sher (Veer Mahaan & Sanga) def. 2 Enhancement Talent
After the match, Jinder Mahal said Indus Sher is here to rule.
– Gunther told Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn that he doesn’t appreciate them disrespecting his men. Kevin said him & Sami, along with another partner, will fight the whole Imperium next week.
– Candice LeRae stopped Zoey Stark from talking rudely to Nikki Cross. Candice vs. Zoey will take place on next week’s RAW.
– Cody Rhodes said Brock Lesnar called his victory at Backlash cheap, but he only used a wrestling move to counter a wrestling hold in a wrestling match. Cody said he could’ve beaten Brock in 20 seconds and Brock still would’ve attacked him because it’s Brock’s nature to hunt.
Rhodes said he’s the man that made The Beast bleed and he’s got no problem in facing him again at Night Of Champions.
The American Nightmare ended his promo by saying:
“I was the one who broke the face of the biggest bully in WWE. Brock, I accept your challenge for Night of Champions. They say you are ‘The Next Big Thing’. But you are no longer ‘next’, because you are only on my way.”
– WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Raquel Rodriguez def. Chelsea Green
Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler returned to WWE TV after the match and brutally assaulted Raquel. Ronda said Raquel is going to defend the Titles against them whether Liv Morgan is cleared to compete or not.

– Paul Heyman had a conversation with Imperium backstage. He shook Gunther’s hand and then called Roman Reigns.

– During a sit-down interview with Corey Graves, Seth Rollins said his current character is his best version due to his organic connection with the fans. Rollins said there are too many guys at the top that don’t want to take any risks, and that’s why it’s the right time to introduce the new World Heavyweight Championship. This interview will continue airing on next week’s RAW, where Rollins will comment on Roman Reigns’ Undisputed WWE Universal Championship reign.
