Below are the complete results from tonight’s SmackDown, which featured the return of The Rock to WWE programming.
– United States Champion Logan Paul kicked off tonight’s SmackDown and talked about being the toughest guy on the roster and took shots at CM Punk and Seth Rollins for getting hurt.
Logan said the brass knuckles at Royal Rumble was a trap and he fooled Owens. Logan said Kevin isn’t getting a rematch and he’s gonna find a real challenger now.
They had the following hilarious exchange:
Logan: You’re too close to me and you smell really bad.
Kevin: I bathed in Prime before I got here.
Logan: It must not have been Cherry Freeze.
– Kevin Owens def. Austin Theory
Logan passed the brass knuckles to Theory, but Owens snatched them and punched Theory with them to win the match. He managed to hide them from the referee this time. Kevin then chased Logan away.
– In a backstage segment, it was revealed that Naomi and Tiffany Stratton have signed SmackDown contracts. Tiffany confronted Bianca Belair and slapped “Michin” Mia Yim.
– Logan Paul told General Manager Nick Aldis that he’s sick of people calling him a part-timer and he wants a challenger, anyone other than Kevin Owens.
– Santos Escobar welcomed Elektra Lopez back to Legado Del Fantasma. She said she never left.
– Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate def. Pretty Deadly, LWO & Legado Del Fantasma in a Fatal 4-Way Match
A similar Fatal 4-Way match will take place on RAW, with the winners facing Dunne & Bate. The winners of that match will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship at Elimination Chamber in Australia.
– In a backstage segment, WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY told Asuka & Kairi Sane that Bayley is done tonight. Bayley heard them.
– Bayley and Damage CTRL came to the ring. Bayley thanked Damage CTRL for helping her get here. Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley is watching backstage. Bayley then teased going in a different direction and confronted IYO SKY and called her out for talking trash about her behind her back in Japanese.
Bayley said all she wanted was to get Damage CTRL to the top and said IYO turned her back on her. Asuka & Kairi then attacked Bayley from behind and IYO joined in. Bayley had a pipe hidden behind the steel ring steps and used it to fight them off.
Bayley turned babyface and chose SKY as her WrestleMania 40 opponent.
– The Final Testament (Karrion Kross & Authors of Pain) got into a brawl with Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits. Scarlett tried to interfere, which led to B-Fab taking her out.
– Nick Aldis offered Bron Breakker a SmackDown contract. Adam Pearce interfered and invited Bron to RAW. Jade Cargill then came in and met with Aldis.
– Tiffany Stratton def. “Michin” Mia Yim in her SmackDown debut match
– Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns came out in the main event segment along with his Bloodline. Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce are there as well.
Roman said he doesn’t like to recap, but he can’t let some things slide that were said on RAW by his “little brother” Seth Rollins.
Reigns said he beat everyone that’s going after the World Heavyweight Championship. Reigns said Rollins calls himself the workhorse, but he broke his back 3 months after carrying the title. Reigns then mocked the way Rollins walks with his knee injury.
Regarding his schedule, Reigns said:
“I work 10 times less than you and I make 10 times more than you.”
Reigns then said he’s not going to beg to Cody like Seth did. Reigns said Cody can either face the No. 2 champion or he can face the No. 1 champion in him.
Cody Rhodes then came out and said he doesn’t agree with Seth calling the WWE Championship the “Hollywood Title” and said he still wants it.
Cody said he’s coming for Roman Reigns and his title, but not at WrestleMania. Cody said he talked to someone and he knows Roman very well and out comes The Rock!

The Rock and Cody shook hands and hugged, and then Cody left the ring. Rock and Roman come face to face and the show goes off the air with fans chanting “this is awesome”.

Roman Reigns vs. The Rock will take place at WrestleMania 40. WWE will officially announce this match at next Thursday’s WrestleMania press event in Las Vegas.
