• 2 Top Stars Being Discussed As WrestleMania 42 Opponents For Stephanie Vaquer
WWE will head to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada in April 2026 for WrestleMania 42, marking the second consecutive year that The Sin City hosts The Showcase of Immortals.
As the year winds down and WrestleMania season approaches, early creative plans are beginning to take shape for the company’s biggest event of the year.
According to Bodyslam+, Rhea Ripley and Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch have both been internally discussed as potential opponents for Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42.
Vaquer has risen to the top of WWE at an impressive pace since joining the company last year. She captured the Women’s World Championship by defeating IYO SKY at Wrestlepalooza in September and is currently embroiled in a rivalry with WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella.
Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley is set to compete in this year’s Women’s WarGames Match, while Becky Lynch is rumored to join the heel side following a potential AJ Lee return on RAW next week at Madison Square Garden.

Chavo Guerrero Jr. has officially returned to WWE, signing a new agreement to help WWE with AAA. Guerrero made the announcement during an interview with Bill Apter, stating he will serve in a behind-the-scenes role, helping WWE manage its AAA programming.
Guerrero’s career spans decades, including multiple title wins in WWE, stints with WCW, TNA, AEW, and extensive work in Mexico. He noted in the interview that he’s excited to see AAA operating under the WWE umbrella, given his family’s deep Lucha Libre roots.
This move comes after WWE’s acquisition of a controlling interest in AAA, enhancing their cross‐promotional content and reach into the Latino market.

• Update On Randy Orton After Over A Month Away From WWE
Randy Orton hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since the October 3rd episode of SmackDown, where he stepped up to help Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes against The Vision.
