• 2 Top Stars Expected To Return At Royal Rumble 2023
WWE recently announced that Royal Rumble 2023 will take place at the Alamodome in San Antonio on Saturday, January 28, 2023.
This will mark the 4th time that Royal Rumble has been held in San Antonio and the 3rd time the event has been hosted at the Alamodome.
As of this writing, former WWE Champion Randy Orton and former Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes are expected to make their returns at this event.
Cody is currently out of action with a pec tear injury, while Randy is out of action with a back injury. Both former Legacy members had to undergo surgery to fix their issues.
Being a 20-year-veteran in the company, PWInsider is reporting that Orton has been given extended time off to heal.
Both men are expected to be 100% ready to return by the time the Road to WrestleMania 39 begins.

• Old School Wrestling Legend Would Have Celebrated His Birthday
Today would have been the 84th birthday of Old School Wrestling Legend Billy Robinson.
The British ‘catch wrestling’ specialist had a great career in the United States, Canada, Europe & Japan.
In 1982, he wrestled WWWF World Heavyweight Champion Bob Backlund to a 60-minutes time limit draw.
Billy Robinson has been inducted into several smaller Pro Wrestling Halls of Fame, but has yet to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, which is most likely going to happen as part of their annual ‘Legacy Wing’ inductions.
