• El Hijo del Vikingo is making his mark in AEW, ROH, and AAA. After debuting in AEW last March, he gained attention by losing to Kenny Omega on Dynamite and then defeating Dralistico on Rampage.
Since then, Vikingo has competed in multiple AEW matches, mostly on Rampage, with his latest bout being a fatal four-way on January 24th, where Komander secured a shot at the International Title.
Earlier this year, Vikingo teamed with Psycho Clown and Wotan at AULL Rencor Extremo, where they lost to Negocio Traumado. During this match, Vikingo suffered a torn meniscus, sidelining him from in-ring action.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Vikingo is targeting a September 27 return to the ring. He is scheduled to compete in an upcoming AAA show on September 29 and has a three-date tour of Spain in November. However, it remains uncertain when Vikingo will make his return to All Elite Wrestling.
