On this day in Pro Wrestling history on April 7, 1986, the World Wrestling Federation aired ‘WrestleMania 2’ LIVE on PPV from 3 different locations: the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York, the Rosemont Horizon in Rosemont, Illinois and the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena in Los Angeles, California.

This was the 2nd annual WrestleMania event and it had the tagline “What the World Has Come To!”.

The inaugural WrestleMania happened in 1985 and even nowadays WrestleMania is still by far the biggest professional wrestling event on the planet each year.

• 2 WWE Wrestlers Set To Return Soon, Possible Gimmick Change Coming

According to John Pollock, Bray Wyatt and Sami Zayn are set to make their return to WWE programming soon.

It is being reported that Zayn’s return is imminent and could happen on SmackDown Live in Montreal (his hometown).

WWE is expected to begin airing vignettes for Wyatt’s return and he’s set to get a new gimmick which WWE officials have been working on for a while now.
