3 Potential Finishes For Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns On SmackDown

Seth Rollins ROH Champion

2. The Fiend Attacks Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins vs The Fiend Bray Wyatt didn't end via DQ at WWE Hell In A Cell 2019

After a month of playing mind games with the Universal Champion, “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt finally came face-to-face with Seth Rollins inside Hell In A Cell this past Sunday. Seth Rollins faced the challenge of a lifetime, while The Fiend was just there to torture him.

Rollins tried everything in his arsenal to retain the Universal Championship, but he failed miserably. The Fiend showed no signs of giving up as he got up to beat down Rollins even after getting hit with 11 Curb Stomps. The match ended in a controversial way when the referee called it off due to Rollins using a sledgehammer.

The Beastslayer and The Fiend did not appear on RAW this week. WWE has announced that Rollins will be going head-to-head with Roman Reigns this week on SmackDown in a match which will earn the winning superstar’s brand the first pick in the Draft.

Rollins’ chances of winning look higher, but it doesn’t look like he’ll get an easy win. There’s a huge possibility that The Fiend shows up during the match to take out the Universal Champion, which will cause a disqualification and give RAW the first pick.

Moreover, WWE won’t make The Big Dog lose clean unless Vince McMahon has decided to permanently establish Rollins as the “Face of WWE”. However, the chances of The Fiend’s appearance look high as he’ll be looking for another Universal Championship match against Seth Rollins.
