5 Originally Planned Things That Got Cancelled For SummerSlam 2017

SummerSlam 2017 is just a day away and it’s going to be the biggest event of the Summer for WWE. 13 Matches will take place on the show (10 on the main card and 3 on the Kickoff show) and the outcome of these matches will make some fans happy, and some fans angry (like always). Let’s take a look at 5 originally planned things that got cancelled for SummerSlam 2017:

5. Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman

The originally planned main event of SummerSlam 2017 was “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar defending the Universal Title against “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman. It should be noted that this was originally the planned main event of the Great Balls of Fire 2017 PPV as well! However, WWE plans keep on changing almost every other week and the much anticipated singles match between Lesnar & Strowman was postponed and it will now possibly take place at No Mercy 2017.
