WWE will be holding the largest Tag Team Turmoil match for the WWE World Cup at Crown Jewel to crown the Best Tag Team In The World. 9 teams will be competing in the match with both Tag Team Champions from RAW and SmackDown in the match as well.

One of the favourite teams heading into the match are 6-Time WWE Tag Team Champions, The New Day. Kofi Kingston and Big E will be at the event as Xavier Woods is out for a long time with an injury.
WWE might pull a swerve tonight and turn The New Day heel. According to WrestlingNewsco, Kofi Kingston will finally address his WWE Championship loss and that too in a big way, as WWE officials have been discussing a heel turn for The New Day.
We might see them cheating during the match to become the Best Tag Team In The World. Another angle would be that they turn on the fans after winning the match. The “Best In The World” gimmick is best suited for heels (like Shane McMahon did earlier), so if New Day wins it, they’ll have to play the bad guys.
WWE scrapped the plan of turning the faction heel earlier due to their high merchandise sales, but they’re willing to do it now as their merchandise sales have been down and it will bring something fresh for the fans.
