3. Steve Blackman
Steve Blackman defeated The Rock during his rookie year in the WWF. With only a handful of WWF matches under his belt, Blackman managed to beat The Rock after an accidental interference from D-Lo Brown, fellow member of The Nation of Domination. This became one of Blackman’s career defining wins. It should be noted that The Rock wasn’t a main eventer at that time, but was the WWF Intercontinental Champion.
