3. Finish To AJ Styles vs. Kevin Owens Possibly Leading To Shane McMahon’s In-Ring Return At Survivor Series 2017

“The Phenomenal” AJ Styles will defend the United States Championship against Kevin Owens with Shane McMahon being the special guest referee. Styles is expected to retain the US Title by defeating Owens, but in a finish filled with controversy.

Current plan is for Shane to make some kind of an error while officiating the match and this is expected to lead to a feud between Shane O’Mac and Kevin Owens, which will either result in a singles match between Shane & Owens or a Team Shane vs. Team Owens match at Survivor Series 2017. It should be noted that Shane vs. Owens was originally planned for SummerSlam 2017, but plans changed.
