3. Have Only One World Champion
Just like the WWE Tag Team Champions, have only 1 WWE World Heavyweight Champion, who would appear on both brands depending on which brand’s Superstar is the #1 contender.
The last time when we had two World Titles, the World Heavyweight Title lost its prestige and just became another Title (being defending in the first match of WrestleMania for two years).
Keeping 1 World Title will not only help in keeping that Title prestigious, but it would also benefit the United States Title & the Intercontinental Title.
Since the WWE World Heavyweight Champion isn’t exclusive to one brand (according to this point), the US Title & the IC Title will become the top Titles of their respective brands.
