3. The O.C. & Randy Orton Interrupt The United States Title Match
The Phenomenal One’s long reign as the United States Champion was ended by Rey Mysterio two weeks ago on RAW, courtesy of Randy Orton. The O.C. went after Randy Orton last week but Mysterio, Humberto Carrillo and Ricochet made the save for him.
The exchange led to The O.C. facing the United States Champion, Ricochet and Carillo in a 6-Man Tag Team match in the main event. Although The O.C. won, Styles was left humiliated in the end as The Viper came out of nowhere to hit him with an RKO.
Tonight, Styles will be facing Mysterio in a rematch for the United States Title. With Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson by Styles’ side, we can expect several interruptions during the match. But we can also not count out an appearance from The Viper.
The O.C. attacked Orton last week so he’ll be looking to strike back tonight. He may cost Styles the title match tonight or just show up to help Mysterio to even up the numbers.
