4. Nikki Cross Calls Out Bayley
Bayley made a huge statement last week on SmackDown and kicked off her new reign as SmackDown Women’s Champion in style. She blamed the WWE Universe for the change in her attitude, which looks quite dangerous.
On the other hand, Nikki Cross announced her arrival on the blue brand in dominating fashion. She defeated Dana Brooke, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Lacey Evans and Carmella in a Six-Pack Challenge to become the #1 contender for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
Cross will lock horns with Mandy Rose of Fire & Desire tonight. She’ll easily get a win over Rose after which she may call out the SmackDown Women’s Champion to send her a message. We may even see the two future opponents getting physical if Bayley comes out.
Cross has been quite entertaining to watch. She won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on RAW alongside Alexa Bliss and will now be looking forward to a moment which she can call her own.
While Bayley looks forward to making statements, she will also be looking forward to the challenge of Cross. We can also expect Cross to confront her as she’s one crazy woman. Cross teamed up with Alexa Bliss to challenge Bayley for the SmackDown Women’s Title at Extreme Rules earlier this year.
