1. Braun Strowman Turns Heel, Replaces Roman Reigns In The Universal Title Match At WrestleMania 36
After the heated build-up over the past couple of weeks, the dream Goldberg vs. Roman Reigns bout for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 36 will not take place.
WWE was supposed to tape their match this week at the Performance Center. Surprisingly, the match got cancelled at the last minute when Reigns pulled out of the match after arriving at the venue and finding out that The Miz was sick. The reason why Reigns pulled out of the match is due to him having higher chances of catching the Coronavirus, due to a weak immune system because of his battle with Leukemia in the past.
Tonight, WWE is expected to announce his replacement in the match. The company hasn’t issued any official statement about Reigns pulling out of the match so they could be planning some sort of angle to write him off TV.
Braun Strowman is highly expected to replace Reigns and go on to face Goldberg at WrestleMania 36.
WWE could go with an angle where The Monster Among Men turns heel and brutalizes The Big Dog tonight, while replacing him in the Universal Championship match against Goldberg at the same time.
