3. An Attack On Elias
The Undertaker and Elias have despised each other since The Phenom attacked Elias on RAW after WrestleMania 35. Elias never got the chance to avenge the attack since The Phenom did not return after that night.
Elias had been hinting an attack on The Undertaker when he returned to save Roman Reigns against Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. He finally got the chance to settle the score at Extreme Rules by attacking Taker with a guitar during his match against McMahon and McIntyre.
Elias vs. The Undertaker was originally planned to take place at WWE Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia. However, Goldberg ended up facing The Phenom.
Elias has been on a roll in the King Of The Ring Tournament. The Undertaker might show up during his semi-final match next week and cost Elias the opportunity of a lifetime. Taker would want the upper hand on Elias since he did not get the chance to come face-to-face with Elias after Extreme Rules.
There’s a huge possibility that WWE wants to do Elias vs. The Undertaker at WWE Crown Jewel 2 since the match was scrapped earlier this year. Taker will most probably compete at the event in Saudi Arabia. If WWE doesn’t find a big name to face him there, then we might see the two settle scores in October.
