5 Wrestlers Undertaker Made Famous Inside Hell in a Cell

5 Wrestlers Undertaker made famous inside Hell in a Cell

3. Brock Lesnar

It’s the year 2002 … labeled as “The Next Big Thing”, a young Brock Lesnar had only debuted earlier that year and managed to become the – at that point in time – youngest WWE Champion in History by beating the reigning Champion The Rock in the Main Event of SummerSlam.

While not only The Rock, but also The Immortal Hulk Hogan had already put Brock Lesnar over, there was still one man left, who could certainly “make him famous” over night.

Their first match, the main event of the ‘WWE Unforgiven 2002’ PPV ended in a double Disqualification, so the eventual winner had to be decided inside Hell in a Cell in the main event of ‘WWE No Mercy’ on October 22, 2000.

Brock Lesnar managed to defeat The Undertaker and retain the WWE Championship.

13 years later, Lesnar faced The Undertaker again inside Hell in a Cell (at Hell in a Cell 2015 PPV) and managed to defeat him again in a classic bout!

Nowadays, Brock Lesnar is the highest Paid Wrestler in all of WWE, even though he’s only working as a part time special attraction.
