Kevin Owens is one of the favourites to win the King Of The Ring Tournament. Since turning face a couple of months ago, fans have started to love him even more. It’s like we’re seeing this era’s Stone Cold Steve Austin. The Prize Fighter has been on a roll lately.
Last Sunday night at the Scotiabank Arena, Owens defeated Shane McMahon in a fascinating way at WWE SummerSlam. He’s set to face Elias in the first round of the King Of The Ring Tournament. Not only will he be looking to win the match, but he would also want to avenge what Elias did to him this week on SmackDown.
Now that Owens is done with Shane O’Mac, WWE should quickly wind up his feud with Elias, because the fans would like to see him in something fresh now. Participating in the King Of The Ring Tournament will definitely be something new for the fans of KO. He himself aims to get his name featured with the numerous legends who’ve won the tournament in the past.
KO is already being pushed by the WWE, so there’s a huge possibility that he becomes the 2019 King Of The Ring. King Kevin will surely be a character which would entertain the fans. It will also help Owens to jump into the main event scene in a couple of months, which the fans would want to see.
