After being released from his contract in October 2010, Matt Hardy returned to the WWE seven years later, alongside his brother Jeff Hardy at WrestleMania 33. Both of them shocked the WWE Universe and won the RAW Tag Team Championship in a Ladder match on their returning night.

The Hardy Boyz had a rollercoaster of a run in WWE since 2017. From participating in Title matches to completely being taken off TV, Matt and Jeff have experienced it all.

Jeff has been dealing with his personal life problems, while Matt has a problem with his booking in the WWE.

Matt Hardy’s contract with WWE will expire on March 1st this year, which is less than a month away. Judging by the way WWE is booking him right now, it doesn’t look like he’ll renew his contract.

He has been teasing his departure from WWE on his YouTube channel for a while now.

Hardy was written off TV on this week’s RAW after an attack from Randy Orton, which might also be his last WWE appearance for now.

The future WWE Hall Of Famer may have had his last run in the WWE, and we could very well see him in another company like AEW later this year.
