2. Brock Lesnar vs. Kevin Owens – WWE Championship Match
When Kevin Owens made his debut in NXT, many fans wanted him to move to the main roster and face Brock Lesnar because of Owens’ ruthless style of wrestling. The two haven’t faced off in a televised singles match, but have crossed paths several times over the past few years.
The WWE Champion defeated Rey Mysterio at Survivor Series to retain his title. His next program is expected to be with Ricochet at the Royal Rumble. While he faces Ricochet, there’s a possibility that WWE builds up Kevin Owens as his opponent at WrestleMania 36.
Lesnar usually faces the top babyfaces at WrestleMania every year. Next year, it might be Kevin Owens, since he’s arguably the most over Superstar on RAW right now after Seth Rollins’ heel turn.
In addition, WWE has been building him up as a top face since his feud with Shane McMahon and the fans have been behind him more than ever. If the support for him keeps increasing, there’s a chance for him at the WWE Championship next year.
At WrestleMania 35, Seth Rollins was the most over wrestler on RAW which led to him slaying The Beast at the event. Next year, it might be Kevin Owens who may face The Beast.
