2. Rusev
After months of being off WWE programming, Rusev finally proved all the rumors wrong and made his return to the WWE last night on RAW. His return was quite unexpected and what he got into just after returning was even more unexpected.
The Bulgarian Brute was announced as the father of Maria Kanellis’ unborn child. After the surprising announcement, he brutalized Mike Kaneliis and squashed him in an impromptu match.
Although Rusev beat down Mike, it isn’t clear what he’ll be doing next. It’s clear that Mike won’t be coming for revenge against him so The Bulgarian Brute will move onto something more challenging for him.
With the Wild Card Rule still in effect, we might see him making an appearance on SmackDown to challenge the WWE Champion.
Rusev would be a good challenger for Kingston. The champion has been an underdog in most matches and has been proving the critics wrong by defeating wrestlers bigger than him so Rusev could be another one who Kingston could beat to further solidify his title run.
