1. Apollo Crews Retains The United States Championship In His Return Match
It’s been a month since United States Champion Apollo Crews was seen on WWE TV. He last appeared on the 29th June episode of RAW, where he lost to MVP.
Crews reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, but he’s set to return tonight and defend his United States Championship against MVP in a match which got cancelled at The Horror Show At Extreme Rules.
Bobby Lashley and MVP have taken out talents like Mustafa Ali, Ricochet and Cedric Alexander over the past couple of weeks, so Crews could return tonight to avenge Lashley’s attack on him and also declare himself the true United States Champion by defeating MVP.
WWE could even have a possible interruption from Bobby Lashley to set up a Crews vs. Lashley match at SummerSlam.
