5. Braun Strowman Demands An Intercontinental Championship Match Once Again
The Monster Among Men has his sights set on Shinsuke Nakamura’s Intercontinental Championship. He returned two weeks ago on SmackDown and straight up demanded a Title shot from Nakamura. He even sent Nakamura a message by taking him and Cesaro out after their match against The New Day.
Strowman wasn’t wrestling over the past few weeks due to a bad back. He wrestled for the first time in over a month last week when he teamed up with The New Day to take on Nakamura, Zayn and Cesaro. The Monster Among Men not only got the win for his team, but he also accomplished pinning the Intercontinental Champion while doing so.
Now that Strowman finally has a solid reason to challenge Nakamura to a Title match, we can expect him to demand a Title shot once again tonight. Nakamura will probably deny it, but we can expect it to be announced for the Royal Rumble in the coming weeks.
