6. The New Day vs. John Morrison & The Miz – SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match
The Guru Of Greatness stepped inside a WWE ring for the first time in 9 years a week ago on SmackDown. He had a decent match with Big E and and won it after getting some help from The Miz.
The Miz also faced Kofi Kingston in a match two weeks ago on SmackDown, which he won after John Morrison attacked Big E at ringside to distract Kingston. Morrison defeated Kingston this past Friday in a singles match.
Miz and Morrison both have victories in singles matches against the SmackDown Tag Team Champions. Their collective wins will likely lead to them demanding a SmackDown Tag Team Championship match from Kingston and Big E in the future.
It’s likely that the match will take place at WWE Super ShowDown in February. The Miz has a decent record in events there, so him and Morrison may end up winning the Titles there as well.
