• Update On The Status Of The WWE Brand Split

WWE first introduced the brand split in 2002 and it came to an end in 2011. WWE reintroduced it in 2016.

You might have noticed that RAW & SmackDown wrestlers appear on their opposing brands a lot of these days.

This began speculation that the brand split is unofficially over.

However, that’s not the case. Andrew Zarian reported the following about this situation:

“Spoke with WWE regarding the brand split this morning.

WWE source stated that the brand split will not be ending.

However, the current plan is to have more individuals jump from brand to brand depending on storylines.”
