• Tony Khan Comments On CM Punk’s Actions At AEW All Out 2022

After winning the AEW World Championship in the main event of All Out 2022, CM Punk ripped multiple AEW stars in the post-PPV media scrum.

Due to this, a backstage fight happened. After the investigation, it was concluded that Punk started the fight and The Elite’s suspension ended due to this, and they will now return at the Full Gear PPV this Saturday night.

During a media call to promote the Full Gear pay-per-view, AEW President Tony Khan was asked why he didn’t stop Punk from making those comments during the All Out media scrum.

Khan noted that even he was blindsided by Punk’s comments and refused to comment any further.

When asked if Punk will return to AEW, Khan said he can’t comment on this matter, but has only good things to say about Punk’s contributions to All Elite Wrestling.
