• Bad News For Fans After Crown Jewel – Triple H Not Expected To Deliver Peak-Level WWE Product Right Now

Triple H took over as the WWE Chief Content Officer in 2022, and the company has changed in many ways since then. Over the past few years, multiple reports have suggested that WWE has become a more positive work place under his leadership. The product has also seen strong creative and financial success.

Since taking over, The Game has led WWE’s product under major historic media deals, including partnerships with Netflix and ESPN, and has overseen record revenue while signing several top stars. The business has been booming, and the company’s overall performance has strengthened under his leadership.

In recent months, WWE programming has been criticized as being less exciting than before. One example is last month’s Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event, which Triple H and WWE positioned as a major event, but it didn’t live up to expectations.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Triple H isn’t expected to deliver a “supercharged” product right now. He can take his time building matches and storylines because the key measure of success is how much revenue WWE is generating.

Lately, some people in WWE are also concerned that the CCO has been more focused on political commitments than on the promotion, which may be another factor in the recent decline of the product.

• Top WWE Star May Have Hurt Himself After Rough Landing At Crown Jewel

WWE Crown Jewel 2025 was headlined by World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins vs. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. The Visionary finally picked up the first win of his career against The American Nightmare to capture the Men’s Crown Jewel Title.

Rollins had promised to do whatever it took to finally defeat Rhodes. During the match, he hit a rare Coast-To-Coast Headbutt, a move not typically in his arsenal, which immediately caught fans’ attention.

Speaking on the Crown Jewel post-show, Rollins revealed that he had a rough landing during the spot and that it could have lasting consequences.

“The truth is, I told Cody that I would do anything. By any means necessary. Whatever it took, I was going to beat him. I saw an opportunity, I took it, it didn’t pay off. Honestly, there might be some long-term ramifications. At the end of the day, I was going to lay it all on the line. I did everything in that ring, no matter what. Rough landing right there. Rough landing.”

The World Heavyweight Champion was seen favoring his left arm after he performed the move. He made it through the match and called himself the greatest of all time after cheating to make his overall career record 1-22 (including Live Event matches) against Cody Rhodes.
