WWE Superstar Dragon Lee and his brother, AEW wrestler Dralistico, could both be hitting the free agent market soon as their respective contracts with WWE and AEW draw near their end dates.
WWE had pushed to lock Lee down on an extension late last year, viewing him as a key part of their future. He remains actively featured on WWE TV, having just challenged Chad Gable for the Intercontinental Championship in Mexico City and entering a Money in the Bank qualifier against Solo Sikoa and Dominik Mysterio on next week’s RAW.
On the other hand, Dralistico’s AEW run has been largely quiet, with his last appearance coming in a June Collision match where he came up short in a Trios Title clash.
What makes this timing especially intriguing is that the real-life brothers have joined forces to trademark the name “Hermanos Lee” (which translates to Lee Brothers), sparking plenty of talk that the two could be planning to team up under one roof again once their current deals wrap up.

Former WWE star Ryback has publicly defended Seth Rollins after viral airport footage from Mexico City sparked criticism online.
Ryback stated he has known Rollins for a long time and worked with him extensively in WWE, describing him as “always a stand-up guy and a genuinely good human being.” He criticized people attacking Rollins’ character over “a few seconds of airport footage,” arguing that outsiders lack full context about what Rollins and Becky Lynch discussed before or after the incident.
Ryback blamed social media’s “rage-bait accounts and sensationalized clickbait” for removing context and creating negative narratives. He also called for more wrestlers to stick together in such situations, noting that loyalty and truth still matter, and that supporting someone can mean refusing to let a manufactured narrative go unchallenged.
The footage showed Rollins and Lynch being swarmed by fans at the Mexico City airport. Rollins moved ahead through the crowd while Lynch was more heavily surrounded until security intervened, leading some, including Vince Russo, to criticize Rollins for appearing to leave her behind.

Watching people attack his character over a few seconds of airport footage is exactly what’s wrong with social media today. None of us watching a short clip know what Seth and Becky communicated beforehand or everything that happened before or after it.
We live in an era where rage-bait accounts and sensationalized clickbait can take a few seconds of someone’s life, remove the context, create a negative narrative and suddenly everyone thinks they know the truth.
I’d also like to see more wrestlers stick together in situations like this. We don’t have to agree on everything or even be close friends, but when you know someone’s character and see people unfairly dragging their name through the mud, there’s nothing wrong with having a backbone and speaking up.
Loyalty still matters. The truth still matters. And sometimes supporting someone simply means refusing to let a manufactured negative narrative go unchallenged.
