An unscripted moment between Oba Femi and Bronson Reed on the September 7 edition of RAW caused immediate talk and frustration behind the scenes.

After The Vision laid out Oba, Reed placed his foot onto Femi’s back, only for Femi to openly shrug and brush the gesture away. You can watch it below:

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, that interaction was never part of the script, and seeing Femi push Reed’s foot off caught WWE officials completely off guard.

Staff members backstage noticed the unplanned move right away, and several people working the show were noticeably unhappy with how the spot played out on live television.

Seth Rollins returned at last night’s WWE Live Event in Quito, Ecuador, where he wrestled his first match since his SummerSlam 2026 loss to Roman Reigns.

The Vision continued attacking Alpha Academy after the match, which led to Oba Femi making the save.

– Je’Von Evans def. Big Cass

– Women’s World Championship Match: Liv Morgan (c) def. Stephanie Vaquer to retain the title

– Seth Rollins, LA Knight, and Solo Sikoa def. The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu and The Usos)

Rollins pinned Jey Uso.
