• Bruno Sammartino’s Cause Of Death Revealed
WWE Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino passed away due to multiple organ failure due to heart issues.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that Bruno’s heart was damaged by rheumatic fever at the age of 12, but he only came to know about that a few years before his passing.
Bruno was suffering from diverticulitis before his death and he was in and out of hospital. It is being said that Bruno’s heavy training added about 20 years to his life, but it got to a point that the good portion of his heart could no longer compensate the bad portion of his heart.
Bruno was 82 years old. WWE did the 10-bell salute for him on RAW and you can watch it below:
