AEW Dynamite: Beach Break Results – Highly Awaited Return, NJPW Star Interferes In The Main Event

Below are the results from tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Beach Break, which featured former WWE wrestler Zach Gowen’s debut match in All Elite Wrestling.

– Will Ospreay & “Hangman” Adam Page def. Konosuke Takeshita & Josh Alexander

– Dustin Rhodes told Top Flight that he and Sammy Guevara will be watching to see what they can do up close.

– Ricochet def. Zach Gowen

This was Gowen’s AEW debut match. After the match, Ricochet continued to attack Gowen and took him out with a Punt Kick.

– The Hurt Syndicate def. Top Flight

After the match, CRU & The Sons of Texas came out and argued over who should be The Hurt Syndicate’s next challengers for the AEW Tag Team Titles. MVP proposed they face off on Collision and the winners will face The Hurt Syndicate for the titles at Double or Nothing.

– The Hurt Syndicate called MJF to the ring, so they can give him their answer. MVP & Shelton Benjamin gave MJF a thumbs up. Bobby Lashley debated his decision, and gave MJF a thumbs up and agreed to let MJF join them. MVP announced that MJF will sign his contract next week, so MJF can officially join The Hurt Syndicate.

– Skye Blue made her highly-awaited return to AEW TV.

– Mina Shirakawa def. “Timeless” Toni Storm, Skye Blue, & AZM in a Fatal 4-Way Match

Toni vs. Mina for the AEW Women’s World Championship is set for Double Or Nothing 2025.

– AEW paid tribute to Sabu. Taz said that every time he faced Sabu, he always brought out the best in him. Taz declared that Sabu was aura before aura was a thing, and said he will miss his brother Sabu.

– Daniel Garcia told Nigel McGuiness that they have had enough of FTR, and proposed that they should team up and face FTR at Double or Nothing. Stokely Hathaway interrupted and said that Nigel should stay behind the commentary desk as the Al Bundy of AEW. Stokley said Nigel can’t defeat FTR, and he barely beat Hepatitis. FTR attacked them from behind and took out Garcia with a Shatter Machine. FTR went for a Spike Piledriver on Nigel, but Matt Menard made the save and chased them off with a crowbar.

– Jon Moxley (c) def. Samoa Joe in a Steel Cage Match to retain the AEW World Championship with help from NJPW wrestler Gabe Kidd

The Death Riders, The Elite, & Gabe Kidd locked Samoa Joe & Kenny Omega into a Steel Cage and beat them down. Swerve Strickland made the save and took out everyone with a Swerve Stomp off the Steel Cage. Swerve issued a challenge for The Death Riders, The Elite, & Gabe Kidd to face him, Omega, Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, & Willow Nightingale in Anarchy In The Arena in the main event of Double or Nothing.
