• AEW Dynamite Results – Jericho 2:16, Jeff Hardy Wins In The Main Event
Below are the complete results from tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite:
– Adam Cole def. AAA & ROH Tag Team Champion Dax Harwood to advance to the next round of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament
– CM Punk def. John Silver
AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page confronted Punk after the match. Punk said what he did to Silver is just a preview of what he will do to Hangman at Double or Nothing. Punk offered a handshake, but Hangman gave him the middle finger.
– Tony Nese def. Danhausen
After the match, Nese continued to attack him, but Hook made the save and helped Danhausen up.
– MJF & Wardlow had a Contract Signing for their match. MJF agreed to face Warldow at Double or Nothing if Wardlow agreed to his 3 conditions:
1. Wardlow must take 10 lashings with a belt from MJF like he did to his old pal “The American Rollercoaster” Cody Rhodes.
2. Wardlow must face Shawn Spears in a Steel Cage Match with MJF as the Special Guest Referee.
3) If Wardlow loses at Double or Nothing, he can never sign a contract with AEW.
Wardlow agreed and put Smart Mark Sterling through the Table.
– Ricky Starks (c) def. AEW World Tag Team Champion Jungle Boy to retain the FTW Championship after Swerve Strickland cost Jungle Boy the match.
Jurassic Express, Team Taz, Swerve Strickland & Keith Lee all came face to face. Christian Cage talked Jungle Boy down and gave him a hug.
– The Jericho Appreciation Society held a Victory Celebration for taking out Eddie Kingston. Jericho said he’ll throw a fireball in anyone’s face because he’s a wizard. He is Jericho 2:16 and that means he just burned your face. The Blackpool Combat Club aligned with Eddie Kingston, Santana & Ortiz to take them out.
– Toni Storm def. Jamie Hayter to advance to the next round of the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament
– Jeff Hardy def. Darby Allin in an Anything Goes Match to advance to the next round of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament
