• AEW Dynamite Results – Matt Hardy Loses, New #1 Contender Crowned In Ladder Match

Below are the results from tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, which was the go-home episode for this weekend’s Revolution 2023 PPV:

– Orange Cassidy (c) def. Big Bill (fka Big Cass in WWE) to retain the AEW All-Atlantic Championship

– The House Of Black took out The Elite and posed with the AEW Trios World Titles.

– Powerhouse Hobbs def. Sammy Guevara, Action Andretti, Konosuke Takeshita, Eddie Kingston, Ortiz, AR Fox & Komander to win the Face Of The Revolution Ladder Match to become the new #1 Contender for the TNT Championship

– Chris Jericho def. Peter Avalon

After the match, Jericho continued to attack Avalon, which led to Ricky Starks making the save. Jericho called out his Jericho Appreciation Society and had them beat down Starks.

– Christian Cage laid out a challenge to “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry for Revolution. Jack appeared on the titantron and dug a grave with a Christian headstone.

– Hook (c) def. Matt Hardy to retain the FTW Championship

– Riho def. Toni Storm after Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. caused a distraction

AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter, Saraya & Ruby Soho had a face off ahead of their title match at Revolution.

– AEW All-Atlantic Champion Orange Cassidy & Danhausen won the Casino Tag Team Battle Royale to get added to the AEW World Tag Team Championship Match at Revolution

– Bryan Danielson & AEW World Champion MJF came face-to-face ahead of their title match at Revolution. Bryan said he’s tired of hearing MJF speak and that he deserved to have his fiancée leave him.

Danielson said he fought injures and retirement to get back in the ring, and warned MJF that at Revolution for 60 minutes he’s going to get his head kicked in.
