Below are the complete results from tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
– AEW International Champion Kenny Omega def. Blake Christian
After the match, “Speedball” Mike Bailey came out and told Omega that he’s an inspiration to him, but won’t let that interfere in their match at Dynasty. Ricochet appeared on the titantron and announced that he’s not at Dynamite this week, because he is at his wedding to Samantha Irvin. Ricochet declared that at AEW Dynasty, he will leave with the girl and the gold.
– MJF & MVP came face-to-face. MJF said he’s thought it over and has decided to join The Hurt Syndicate. AEW World Tag Team Champions Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin came out. Lashley asked MJF to give him back the business card, and ripped it. MVP told MJF to go to the back and he will talk with Lashley & Benjamin privately. Big Bill & Bryan Keith made their way out. Big Bill said he’s a former AEW Tag Team Champion and was never pinned to lose them, and never got a rematch. MVP said if Bill & Keith want a shot against The Hurt Syndicate, they must earn one.
MJF has made his decision, but not everyone may be in agreement about it…

– Powerhouse Hobbs def. Mark Davis
– Rated FTR got interviewed. Dax Harwood said he let his emotions get the best of him last week, and apologized to Cope (Edge) & Cash Wheeler for his actions. Dax said he feels they have taken a break from their goal of being Tag Team Champions and that it has gotten to him. Cope said he didn’t mean to pull them away from their goal, and thinks they still have a shot to complete their goal. Cash said everyone knows how close he and Dax are, but may not be aware of how close he and Cope are. Cash said when he was homeless, Cope gave him a place to stay and they became great friends. Cash proposed that Rated FTR get back on the same page and challenged The Death Riders for the AEW Trios Titles. Cope agreed and issued a challenge for Dynasty.
– Jon Moxley and Swerve Strickland came face-to-face ahead of their AEW World Title match at Dynasty. Swerve said that Moxley is no longer worthy of holding the AEW World Title and that Moxley hides the Title because he knows it too. Moxley said he had high hopes for Swerve and will give Swerve the opportunity to prove it to him at Dynasty. Moxley said he wants to see if Swerve is like him who gives blood, sweat, & soul for this business and is willing to go to levels never seen before. Swerve said he’s the most dangerous man in AEW and will leave Dynasty as the new AEW World Champion, and Moxley can go and continue playing Jon Moxley on TV.
– Chris Jericho challenged Bandido to a Title vs. Mask match at Dynasty. If Bandido wins, he will become the new ROH World Champion. If Jericho wins, Bandido must surrender his Mask.
– Hook told Samoa Joe that it was fun choking out Max Caster last week. Joe saw Caster talking with AR Fox & Top Flight backstage and decided to try for himself. Joe choked out Caster and told Hook he was right.
– Konosuke Takeshita def. Mark Briscoe
– Jay White declared his entry into the 2025 Owen Hart Cup Tournament.
– The Hurt Syndicate debate adding MJF to their faction. Shelton Benjamin said that MJF has a reputation of not being able to be trusted. Bobby Lashley said that MJF is a grimy man, and questioned why MVP likes him. MVP said they’ve been discussing adding a fourth member for a while, and believes MJF should be that member.
– Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford def. AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm & Thunder Rosa
Bayne pinned Storm.
