– Tony Schiavone announced that MJF is injured won’t be able to defend the AEW World Title tonight. Schiavone was about to announce Jay White as the new AEW World Champion by default, but Adam Cole came out and said he talked to Tony Khan and he’ll fight for MJF tonight if he has to do it on one leg.
– AEW International Championship Match: Orange Cassidy (c) def. Jon Moxley to retain the Title
– AEW Women’s World Championship Match: “Timeless” Toni Storm def. Hikaru Shida (c) to win the Title
Toni is now a 3-time AEW Women’s World Champion. Mariah May gave flowers to Toni after the match.
– Eddie Kingston will be a participant in the Continental Classic and announced that he will put the NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship and the ROH World Championship on the line in every match in the tournament.
– Fatal 4-Way Ladder Match For The AEW World Tag Team Championship: Ricky Starks & Big Bill (c) def. Rush and DralĂstico, FTR and Kings of the Black Throne (Malakai Black & Brody King) to retain the Titles
– Triple Threat Match For The TBS Women’s Championship: Julia Hart def. Kris Statlander (c) and Skye Blue to win the Title

– Texas Death Match: Swerve Strickland def. “Hangman” Adam Page

Young Bucks began destroying the ringside area after losing.
– Adam Cole came to the ring to replace MJF in the main event, but MJF returned in time from the hospital.
– MJF (c) def. Jay White to retain the AEW World Championship
After the match, MJF & Cole both raised the World Title. MJF will now complete 1 year as the AEW World Champion.
