• AEW Star Says He’s Better Than Ric Flair
At last night’s Limitless Wrestling’s Limitless Rumble event, MJF successfully defended the AEW World Championship against “The Prize” Alec Price. MJF tweeted the following about this indy appearance:
“Not since Ric Flair has the world champion defended his title on the territory’s/independent’s.
I’m not saying I’m Flair.
I’m saying I’m Friedman.
And that makes me BETTER!”
At this event, MJF announced that Alec Price and Jordan Oliver have been offered AEW contracts by Tony Khan. MJF revealed that the match against Price served as a final test to see if the young star was ready for the big stage. MJF capped off the announcement by saying that they’re All Elite.

Price and Oliver have spent months building momentum. They recently competed as a team during the January 10th Ring of Honor tapings and were frequent fixtures on ROH programming throughout December.
While Price has made a previous cameo on AEW Rampage, this announcement confirms his permanent status. Jordan Oliver, a former standout in GCW and MLW, joins him in what many fans are calling a major win for AEW’s youth movement.

If you’ve been wondering where Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have been, the answer isn’t in the doctor’s office. Despite their prolonged absence from WWE television, new reports confirm that neither member of The Street Profits is currently sidelined with an injury.
According to the Wrestling Observer, the duo’s disappearance is entirely by design. WWE management reportedly decided to pull them from the spotlight to allow for a complete “creative reset.” The goal is to freshen up their characters and presentation before they make their eventual return to the ring.
The former tag team champions haven’t been seen on the blue brand since the October 10, 2025, episode of Friday Night SmackDown in Australia. On that night, they fell short in a high-stakes WWE Tag Team Championship match against The Wyatt Sicks.
They lasted competed on October 24, 2025, on WWE Main Event, where they defeated Los Garza (Angel and Berto).
During a recent interview with Dope Kontent Entertainment, TNA World Tag Team Champion Jeff Hardy said The Hardy Boyz would love to face The Street Profits: “I really admire those guys. I’d love to see that happen.”
