This marks the first time since April 1989 that two major pro-wrestling promotions are airing their pay-per-views head-to-head, after WWF’s WrestleMania V and World Championship Wrestling’s Clash of the Champions VI.

– Wes Lee (c) def. Tyler Bate and Joe Gacy in a Triple Threat Match to retain the NXT North American Championship.
– Orange Cassidy eliminated Swerve Strickland in the end to win the 21-man Blackjack Battle Royal to retain the AEW International Championship. Big Bill (fka Big Cass in WWE) and Dustin Rhodes had a great showing in this match.
– Noam Dar (c) def. Dragon Lee with some help from Oro Mensah, Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson in a “British Rounds Rules” match to retain the NXT Heritage Cup
– Adam Cole def. Chris Jericho in an Unsanctioned Match after Cole wrapped a steel chain around his hand and kept punching Jericho in the head until the referee called for the bell.

Britt Baker came out during the match to attack Jericho with a Kendo Stick. Saraya (fka Paige in WWE) came out and got beat up by Baker too.
