AEW World Champion MJF took to Twitter and tweeted about the recent episode of AEW Dynamite in a way that took a shot at WWF Legend ‘The Immortal’ Hulk Hogan.
MJF and Adam Cole defeated Brian Cage and Big Bill (fka Big Cass in WWE) in the Blind Eliminator Tournament for a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
Here’s what MJF tweeted:
“I’ll never forget the day I body slammed the 500 pound Big Bill in front of 90k screaming fans in the Saskatoon Silverdome with my brochacho Adam Cole,
Brother.”
Adam Cole then replied in a Tweet of his own:
“Max… you freakin killed it… but c’mon… seriously?!”
Maxwell Jacob Friedman was born into a jewish family in Long Island, New York, and was trained to become a professional wrestler by former WWE Superstar Curt Hawkins (Brian Myers).
MJF made his official pro wrestling debut on the indies in 2015 and joined Tony Khan’s All Elite Wrestling in 2019.
Adam Cole and MJF recently competed in a match against each other, which ended in a time limit draw.
After that match, Cole and MJF were drawn to be tag team partners in the Blind Eliminator Tournament and are slowly turning into friends.
