• AEW Wrestler Took A Shot At WWE Releasing 18 Wrestlers On This Week’s Rampage

WWE released 18 wrestlers on Thursday and the sad news was delivered by John Laurinaitis (Head of WWE’s Talent Relations) as usual.

Bryan Danielson (fka Daniel Bryan in WWE) faced Anthony Bowens on Rampage. Bowens’ tag team partner Max Caster said the following in his promo before the match:

“I’m gonna put you in poverty dawg, because I’m ending careers quicker than your father-in-law.”

Laurinaitis is Bryan’s father-in-law. He is Brie Bella’s step-father and Brie is married to Bryan.

Bryan went on to defeat Bowens.
